No Paying Rent Until Campus View Is Livable

Campus view has become unlivable. Fire alarms that go off at random times of the night multiple times a week for hours (!!!) that no one evacuates for. Piles of garbage by doors and vomit in the stairwells. Holes in the wall and brown sink water. Roaches. Barely, if any, security. For almost $1,000 a month! Campus View Management needs to take action and until then residents should withhold from paying rent until the apartment building meets the standard of living.
