Demanding the Repeal of TABOR as it is used in the Colorado Constitution

Tabor was ratified in 1992, and now we are feeling the effects. Thanks to TABOR, Colorado has experienced drastic cuts in funding for education. Even with Colorado's bustling economy, with TABOR we have fallen from the 35th state in or country in spend on our students, to 49th. We have even experienced a drop in the salaries of our teachers. This has resulted in a lack of both teachers and substitutes in our schools. Not only has TABOR, detrimentally effected our education, but we have also seen a drastic drop in funding towards health care programs.
