Help CCSD Corrections

CCSD Correction employees are the backbone of the jail. They are the true hero’s behind the walls, holding that place together.

They deserve:
*A Corporal assigned to every floor
*Stricter in house penalties for rule violations against staff
*Prosecution of inmates for crimes against staff and damaging property
*Free parking for all Correction Employees
*Ensure, Correction Officers get better equipment, training, treatment and care
*Recognize Corrections as a branch of law enforcement
*Higher wages for all rank and file
*Recognize PTSD in Corrections
*Start peer support group and mental health groups to help Correction Employees
*Invest in retention with retention bonuses
*Focus on training and coaching rather than disciplining employees
*Invest in tamper proof lighting, chutes on all cell doors and anti-flooding toilets
