With the population growing so fast in Kalispell, Montana; I feel that a bigger skate park should be installed in Kalispell because people don't have the money to spend on gas to drive to a different town/city to learn or become an experienced skater. The skate park in Whitefish Montana is a perfect size for Kalispell because it gives a variety of obstacles to master. The Woodland skate park down in evergreen is small and always packed. No one can ever get a turn to do things that they are interested in because of the size and amount of obstacles.
You may not know how to skateboard or even know what a skateboard is, but it's a great way to get your daily exercise in and stay healthy. You may get hurt, but it's part of becoming experienced. I know many skaters that don't know how to go down half pipes or even quarter pipes but; how are you going to learn without those types of ramps? Again I think that it would be a great idea to build a bigger skate park in the Kalispell area, because it helps people achieve their dreams, stay healthy and keep out of trouble.
