Demand retraining of police

I am tired of hearing of the violence against our black citizens. I am tired of innocent officers having their lives further threatened because of those who make fatal errors in judgement. As a nation all officers must be retrained in handling nonviolent, violent situations. If a rationalization can be made for the death of a black citizen it can be made for any citizen. All lives are placed at risk because of heightening tensions. Both innocent citizens and officers trying to perform service to the public. I don't know what else to do to change this other than to write the white house and anyone who will listen. We can look to other countries for better examples of how to relate to one another. I am sorry Cain but sometimes you are responsible for your brothers welfare. Please help my plea.
