Keep dogs out of the road in Flat Lick Kentucky

After what happened to my dog Ethel who got hit by a car just a few days before Memorial Day in 2022, I’ve decided to elect Kelly Grart for governor of Kentucky and she could sign this petition and make a new law that prevents dogs from getting hit by vehicles in the middle of the road everywhere fatally!
