Stop Businesses from Underpaying Workers!

Nobody deserves to be paid unequally, especially if they're doing the same amount of work as their colleagues, and maybe even more work. If a business is underpaying workers, it's probably because they're a different race/sexuality/gender than their co-workers.

My father used to get underpaid at his past job, until he quit working there. It cost him his job for his boss to realize how great of a worker he was.
