Stop to the irresponsale traffics of animals on the Net

In Switzerland the selling of all sorts of animals is authorized on the net, either domestic or wild. A new law which would forbid this commercial trade would be the only way to fight against thousands of animal abandomments every year. And so the spontaneous heartstroke buying animals would become impossible.

We ask for a total prohibition to sell animals privately on the Internet.

There are often cats and dogs, but also reptiles. rats. Guinea pigs, hamsters, rabbits and other exortic animals improper to live in our region.

Only authorized and registered breeders and shelters should obtain the right of selling animals under monitoring.

The proposals of selling animals on the net is touching most of the time animals that neither are miscarried nor vaccinated or socialized. The organizations of animal protection get all to the same statement: the proposed animals come very often form private breedings that have no aptitude to care for animals or from Eastern Countries where animals are detained in bad conditions or mistreated.
