Forced adoption for children adopted name to be revealed at adulthood

My children was adopted by forced adoption we never sign our kids away like anybody else who's never sign their kids away and parents should know their kids adopted names when they reach adulthood so they can make their own mind up instead of social services and the court deciding for them if they can come back or not
