End to suicides

Hello I have an idea that can save lives.
Suicide is a practice that has been happening due to psychological problems of people and disorders.
There are specialized people to combat this and the idea that I will propose, many lives can be saved.
The idea was to put specialized people, volunteers who understand the subject in places where suicides happen to try to change the person's mind.
May be poorly paid but would be a great help and the idea can become viral across the country.
Please review the idea and make it to be real.
