Demand the issue of permits to grow industrial/agricultural hemp!

Agricultural hemp is a product that could help with multiple global climate change and environmental issues. Hemp oil can be used for ethanol to power vehicles. Did you know that Henry Ford's first car ran on hemp oil? It can be grown without fertilizer or pesticides because it is a 'weed'. That means it grows wild. No use of pesticides means that the bees and butterflies get a break and may actually manage to survive.

Hemp makes great paper thus decreasing the need for trees to be used. It also makes exceptional clothing that softens over time and wears for years. Industrial hemp was grown with encouragement the USA to make rope for the war effort. You can still find posters that show this.

Hemp is a product that can help the environment instead of fracking, dumping poison in the soil and killing off the pollinators. It is legal in the US, but no permits have been issued. Why??
