End legall kidnapping thru cps bar caregivers from taking our kuds out of country

Cps is a bs organization draining our economy and resources to kidnap kids . Their supposed to prevent abuse . Abuse is a police matter neglectful parents should go to jail not loose their kids . It's no Manuel on being a parent so who are they too say any body's a bad parent. Until it can be ended there needs to be new guidelines written to  ensure family reunify and for repeat offenders they cannot use it old case as evidence in a new cps case as it creates a bias opinion from cps staff that makes it hard on parents to get their kids .
