Terresa May: Freeze M.P.s pay until austerity ends

While public servants like Nurses, Teachers and Fire Fighters are subject to a 1% pay cap M.P.s have been getting regular increases in their pay. This in spite of the fact that to be an M.P you need no special training. There are no educational requirements. In addition there are far more applicants than positions to fill.
A bad decision by a M.P. carries no direct risk to life. The salary is paid with generous expenses even if the M.P never attends parliament, never votes.
M.P.s salary is far higher than above public servants can hope for.
