SAVE NIEGHBORHOOD DOG FROM EUTHANIZATION

TROUBLE has been part of the nieghborhood since a pup. He is well cared for and it is evident that his dog parents really love him.The one incident where im told that trouble actually bite someone was due to the person taunting him as a pup. Trouble would be enclosed in his front yard and this person would kick at the fence and raise his hands indicating that he was going to strike him.As far as i can see Trouble enterchanges with his family and thier friends in a mild and even temperde manor . Trouble has been in the nieghborhood for about three years and has never had an altacation with anyone accept with this person.
