In the state of WA there is a law stating that CRAs cannot report on any criminal records of arrests, indictments, or convictions with final disposition dates that are older than seven years from the date of the report for any positions which are expected to have a salary of $20,000 or less. If the salary is over $20,000, the seven-year limitation doesn't apply.
Minimum wage in WA is 12.00/hr a salary for full time minimum wage is $24,960. This means if you have a single felony 7 years old or older you can still be denied a full time minimum wage job.

In states like Colorado and Texas the cap is at $75K

In Montana and California, there is no limit.
