This is not a usual petition to some politician or organization.
It is aimed directly at you!
I am asking you to read and hopefully sign the following PLEDGE. This has nothing to do with pledging money. Instead you are asked to give your moral commitment to promote the values of the pledge in your life.
Peace start in the minds of people. If enough people join together peaceful
co-existence will become not just a dream but reality.
THE PLEDGE
I recognise, that the right of freedom of religion or belief is a fundamental human right.
I respect the right of people to choose to follow any or no religion.
I accept that my personal views might not be shared by everyone and might not be right.
I will not use Violence or intimidation to try to change people’s beliefs.
I pledge to promote freedom of religion or belief and to encourage tolerance of different views.

These are basic values, which I believe many of us share even if we disagree on many other issues. At the moment 7.3 billion people live on this earth. We need to learn to live together in peace. We can all make a difference and affect change by promoting and living by these basic values.
