Stop "The Big Lick"!

You should sign this petition to help stop "The Big Lick". Also known as Tennessee Walking, "The Big Lick" is a walk that a horse presents to an audience. Although it is a beautiful gait, it is not natural. To present this exaggerated gait to a crowd or the judges, it takes a long, painful process including shoes with nails up to the horses bone, chemicals cooking into their legs, and zip-ties around their top gum to draw pain away from their legs. This walk and process is usually done to the Tennessee Walking horse.

I think this exaggerated walk should be stopped and made illegal because it is nothing more than abuse. This happens all over the USA Please help save these beautiful creatures from this horrible torture!
