Electronic doors to be fitted by Law to all exits to public facilities

I would like to see all exit doors to public facilities (toilets, lavatories, WCs, comfort stations - whatever you want to call them) being 'hands free' and electronically operated by LAW. There is very little point in washing one's hands after using these facilities only to grab a handle on the way out that is rife with germs put there by people too lazy to observe simple hygiene. If all such doors were electronically operated then the germs being carried into the likes of restaurants would be largely eradicated.
