Sick of bpu of Jamestown ny holding the people of the city hostage!

It's the same every day I read about the customer service at the bpu they treat the people like they did something wrong, will turn off the elec,water,and what ever else they have full control over off and make you wait 24 hours to get it turned after you go down there and beg them to turn it back on. They could careless of your situation like if your sick,have little kids,the elderly, they could careless. Well the reason they can do that stuff is because the people of this city of Jamestown let them do it. They are one of the reasons that people are moving out of the city more and more every year. The main reason they do that is because they made some deals with the people that run the city and greesed a few palms and here it is it's called a maniapality well the real name it monopoly that's what they did and unless someone or the people of this city do something it will never change.
