All social media companies must have a active and responsive support department

This stems from a problem with Facebook but should apply to all social media.  Facebook actively promotes their service to include having other media and services promote and sometimes require a connection to Facebook.  The problem is:  Facebook does not have a support department.  They do not take phone calls and repeated request go unanswered.
