Withhold Congressional pay until they do their job!

Congressional Republicans have refused to do anything that could be attributed to President Obama for 7 years and now they say they will wait till after the next election before they do anything. They refuse to even meet the nominee for the Supreme Court. Paul Ryan has said he has plans for 2017 which means that he has plans to do nothing in 2016. It is time for Congress to do its job.
