Demand a full AUDIT from Scottswood Homeowners Association/Goldsmith Management

The above mentioned Scottswood Homeowners Association has only provided an annual report listing the previous years income and expenditures along with a projected expense report for the coming year. This practice has been in effect for all the 12 plus years I have lived in this complex, and likely a long time prior to that.

This information should be available in the first quarter of the current year, every year, and be issued to each and every homeowner within the association that is current with their required fees.

As a homeowner in Scottswood Homeowners Association I feel it is the responsibility of the board to make a priority of this issue and to execute a FULL AUDIT by a Certified Public
Accountant of all accounts and expenditures every year to verify the annual report.

This request is demanded by a substantial percentage of homeowners that share the feeling that there may be discrepancies that we are not being informed of and wish to see documented proof that our association is solvent.
