TO The Federal Government Of Canada (Prime Minister)
WHEREAS the Country currently does not have any legislation to mandate Family And Children Services to have any standard for video recording interviews with all interactions with employees of this organization
AND WHEREAS, the people wronged by this institution are left feeling helpless and are seeking help to correct this issue;
WE, the undersigned, petition the The Federal Government Of Canada (Prime Minister) as follows:
To amend the Family And Children Services to impose a requirement TO implement video recordings for all interactions with their staff members their clients, including but not limited to children, parents involved in any file
We, the undersigned demand for this amendment to allow for any party to a case to have complete and unrestricted access to these video recordings in a timely manner as part of their disclosure that is already entitled to them as part of Rule 19
