End Mobile Home Park Owners Power of Unfair Competition Sales and Fraud

Owners of Manufactured Home Parks have found several ways to get one over on each new purchaser of a mobile home ( claimed as park owned homes ) the homes are sold through the park managers by offering the sale of mobile homes with a ground lease or rental contract , the rental contract combined with the home sale has defaulted before and after you have signed it given by the parks own creation. The home is usually sold without proper registration to themselves also having no title to the home and should not sell that home to anybody under these conditions for there are many favored conditions for these park owners . To solve the problem this petition must by human rights for protection of life and property shall grant " A no sales law for park owners who own homes in their own parks " for park owners who acquire a mobile- manufactured home by any means or by any circumstance that occupies a space or lot owned and operated by the owners of these parks shall under the law strictly enforced ONLY rent the home contracted as one with the space or lot under a rental / lease contract. The ground lease of a manufactured home shall be deemed already included as rent paid for tenancy.
