Stripes... She is not vicious

Stripes was a stray in the neighborhood. Very friendly. She played with all the kids. She tried to say hello to one of the neighborhood girls. Who had a dog, Got scared, and scratched her when she saw the dog. The police and news were called. Stripes was trapped and Put In a crate she was unable to stand up in. No food or water and baking in the 90 degree sun for hours. We did put water and food in their for her eventually. We couldn't take seeing this anymore. She was suffering. That's abuse. She was not mean, and now she is being punished for being scared. She was also nursing and now cannot be with her babies. So, We released her and brought her to a wonderful lady at Griffin pond animal shelter. She will be quarantined for 7-10 days. Please help save this girls life. she did nothing wrong. She is not vicious. She simply got scared. And is now being punished for it.
