The University of Florida to establish a grade forgiveness policy

At the University of Florida students are not granted academic forgiveness. If they retake a class the grade they previously received stays on their transcript and affects their overall cumulative GPA. If students were allowed the chance to take a class over again without the previous grade being taken into account their GPAs would be improved.
