From sudden actions, of the Supreme Court Of India, it appears that its judges & benches are remote-controlled by some hidden internal/ external agencies.
The aim if these agencies appears to be, "To subvert, divert, distract national progress; assist powerful & anti-national agencies to get their pleas, writs etc heard/ decided favorably & speedily; interfere with legislation under pretext of Judicial Activism.
Recent case in issue is the holding of two benches of the Supreme court, one after the other, by the CJI - when he received several phone calls while watching a Bharat Natyam show in an auditorium. And, one Teesta Seetalvad was granted bail at lightening speed!
When there are thousands of under-trails languishing in jails & in-numerous petitions of common man pending in the Supreme court also, why such favor be bestowed on the likes of Teesta Seetalvad, Mohd. Afzal Guru or Aamir Khan?
The public at large, through this petition, appeals to the President of India to question the CJI & get the entire matter investigated as to who was the caller to the CJI in this case.
All such internal & external agencies must be exposed & abolished, in the interest of Growth & Progress of India.
