Service Animal allowed on College Campus

My name is Desire Urban and I have only 30% of my hearing and also deal with anxiety and depression. I am certified to have a service animal for my disabilities and have a doctor's note and a psychiatric note from my professional doctors. The college I am currently attending is refusing to let me train my service dog which requires for me to bring her to the college campus with me daily. The dean and DSPS (Disabled Students Programs and Services) have both told me that I am not allowed to have her on campus because she is a puppy. I am training her as a puppy so she will l,earn her tasks easier and that way it will be easier to train her as well. I am writing this petition to help support not only me but other students that this college has done this to, that way those with disabilities, such as myself, will be able to not only train their service animals on-campus but to also have them with us at all times.
