Unfair Dress Code

AGAIN CALLED TO BRING MY DAUGHTER CLOTHES DO TO BEING DRESSED CODED! As I walk in the office before school the bell has yet to even ring. 4 other girls are sitting in chairs and 2 standing for dress code violations. Seriously there not dressed skimpy at all Jeans , sweatshirts. I can see if these girls are dressed skimpy or provocative . There not ! I'm so angry I have a daughter late for class upset and embarrassed. I'm so tired of 1 person being able to dictate what these teens can wear. I have heard from hundreds of past and present students and parents that feel like there kids are being singled out and bullied. Kelso Highschool has one of the strictest dress codes. If you look at Woodland or Portland theres is much more appropriate for this generation. I think the Highschool and staff are incredible and work hard to educate our kids. But pulling them away from getting a education over and over for petty reasons has gotten out of hand. Please sign this petition if you feel there needs to be a realistic change.
