Sanction President Danilo Medina et al under the Magnitsky Act.

We the People demand the immediate expansion of the Magnitsky Act sanctions recently laid on Dominican Republic Senator Felix Bautista, to include President Danilo Medina Sanchez, his two predecessors, all involved elected and appointed officials, especially within the Dominican judiciary, and all identifiable actors on the grounds of Grand Corruption, Racketeering, Arranged Impunity and Money Laundering (as documented by, but not limited to, Case #2016R00709, United States v. Odebrecht, handled by the U.S. Federal Court for the Eastern District of New York).

We the People also demand that all of these bad actors, who enjoy complete legal impunity back in their homeland, be duly investigated, sanctioned, exposed, extradited, tried and convicted by our American Judicial System, as they constitute a clear and present threat to the security of the United States
