Petition for Constitutional carry in Michigan
We the undersigned request that our 2nd Amendment rights are restored back to their original intent as laid out in our U.S. Constitution. Our elected officials have taken a sworn oath to uphold the Constitution and that includes our 2nd Amendment rights. We request that the concealed pistol license, firearm registration, "pistol free zones", and all other related legislation that infringes on the peoples 2A rights be immediately repealed and replaced with Constitutional carry. These restrictive firearm laws are not only unconstitutional, but they take the guns out of the hands of law abiding citizens and leave criminals armed.
We further request that concealed pistol licenses only serve the purpose of reciprocity with other states, until Constitutional carry is enacted throughout the country.
Far too long have our rights been infringed upon. We are the people that our Constitution refers to and the people demand our rights be restored!
