  • destinataire: We hereby call upon elected leaders and regulators, and service providers to actively support efforts that significantly extend the reach of affordable, broadband technology to the Rocky Flats and surrounding communities in Cosby, TN.

As the utility of the 21st century, universal availability of affordable high speed fiber optic broadband services for all citizens has been identified as a national priority; and high speed fiber optic services are a modern necessity that is essential for future economic development, education, public health and safety, agribusiness
growth and quality of life;
Whereas, affordable access to fiber optic broadband services allows businesses
to compete locally, regionally, nationally and internationally in today's emerging knowledge-based global economy.
