Save our Green Space - Skyloft

Skyloft's HOA is planning on ripping out all the green space in our community. The reason we have been told is to lower water cost. However no cost-benefit analysis has been completed to validate any cost savings and the substantial cost to the community for this work has not been disclosed.

Taking out green space will negatively impact the quality of life in our community and potentially lower property values (validated by local real estate professionals)

Why does the HOA not provide a cost estimate?  What is the ROI? If it takes over 10 years to see a return on investment does it make sense to destroy our common use space?  What if the drought ends this year? If it does our water bill will lower without the need for these measures.  

We must find a better way and come together in order to protect decades old green spaces that add to the charm and character of our community.
