End Animal Cruelty

Too many animals are being hurt and mistreated. My petition is for the president because Trump needs to sign the PACT Act so that authorities can punish those who commit animal cruelty. The PACT Act (Preventing Animal Cruelty and Torture) is a bill that was passed by the Senate this year. This bill is what we need to prevent animal cruelty. We animal lovers are so close to helping these defenseless animals.
