stricter punishment for ALL animal abusers

critters cant talk, they only know how to love and crave love in return. humans that violate that need to be punished, how can anyone look at a innocent critter and harm it. a sick very sick person. do it to a critter , they could do it to a human, a lil human. critters have no voice but I do. I'm standing up for all abused critters . please help me to help them , thank you and all the critters out there thank you. make it a law for animal abusers to be imprisoned for at least 7 years.
