Legalize medicinal & recreational marijuana at state & federal levels

Because marijuana is not only beneficial for a number of medical conditions, it also offers a much safer option than any other currently legal similar type of products. Used for this type of recreation.... It has caused absolutely no fatalities, or long term detrimental side effects on past users. .....the most life altering damages are actually caused by the laws that prohibit it .........damages from these laws obviously far outweigh any damage ever caused by using the product.....it's way beyond the time that these laws were changed...these useless laws are older than the Cuban crisis...and are as much an injustice to our own citizens....we believe it's way past the time that innocent American citizens ever have to spend any time behind bars for a harmless plant..
