Demand a fund for hospitals in poorer countries now!

Why do we have plenty hospitals when more needy countries have none? This is a horrible issue which shouldn't be one. This is outragous. It's all because they had stupid governments or have stupid governments this needs to be fixed. Please sign and save the less fortunate.
