Demand recovery treatment to overdose calls

As a recovering addict I am saddened to see ans hear about all of the overdoses amd nothing being done about them. Criminal charges may be a little far fetched because they need help not always jail. So, if we can court order overdose calls to treatment, we might can save a life.
