Extremely unhappy with our property management compa

Most residents are very upset with present management company. When everyone singed rental agreement part of the amenities were full time concierge, heated pool, clean common areas, Saturday's morning breakfast. Instead we now have no heated pool, concierge service during the day, We can accept no Saturday breakfast, but no concierge is during the day is unacceptable. The office staff is busy showing apartments and people have to wait long time for someone to return to let them in. The unheated pool is totally unacceptable. Most of the tenants are older and can not use the pool because it is cold. Management said it would cost $10,000 to fix and they won't do it. Because of these and many other we would like to have a reduction on our very hefty rent.
