Increase taxes for the super wealthy to support social goods

The middle class is slowly shrinking, causing many problems within this country. The wealth and income inequality is the highest it's ever been in the U.S. since the mid 20's (right before the great depression) This needs to be changed, because it's within the best interest of the country. Wealth needs to be redistributed because greed is slowly destroying this country and if this continues the middle class will no longer be the middle class and will be living in poverty. By signing this petition your supporting the movement to raise the federal income tax from 39% to 52%, for people who are making over 5 million dollars a year, and to abolish the law that allows capital gains to be taxed at 15% instead of the standard tax rate. This tax will be redistributed to social goods such as education and healthcare.
