10 Percent from ALL imcome will go towards the National Debt. including ANY and ALL income to State and Federal Workers, Government, Senate, Congress, legislative, executive and judicial Branches, from the Speaker of the House to the President.

10 Percent from Everyone in America no matter your Income. from the President all the way down to unemployment and social security from welfare to Government assistance, including welfare fraud where one undocumented illegal person can draw 14 monthly checks in 14 different names, ALL 14 checks will all be charged 10 percent. ok right here you should be scratching your head and re reading that last sentence, "one undocumented illegal person can draw 14 monthly checks in 14 different names" the Walfare Office is supposed to investagte if more than 5 checks go to one address.
