We the residents of Cedars Rd.are petioning the owner of the property and city of Redding to install a fence in the front of the complex connecting to an existing fence closing in the whole complex thus making it a safer environment and putting the tenants at ease feeling them and there property will not be in danger of theft and trespassing, loitering, damages to vehicles,robberies, vandalism to everything down to garbage cans even. We ask that you please take a moment and think how we must feel going to our vehicles or taking the trash out or just everyday regular coming and going,not having the safety of lighting or the knowledge were fenced keeping the homeless camping by the dozens across the street or the Shady acres trailer park only feet away who time after time have shown its residents are unruly,an violent thief's.g
