Justice for Phillip kirby

I am Phillip Kirby's sister and we know he was wrongly convicted of a crime he didn't do. My goal is to be able to present a petition​ to a judge at his appeal showing the community believes he is innocent also. He was convicted of murder for one hair. The murder happened in 2002.  He was found guilty in 2017. You can research the case all the way back to 2002. My brother has been convicted of other crimes but he is no murder! The night of the murder his 5 month old son was in a coma and didn't know if he was going to live or die. Ms Emily Mason was the lady murdered but it wasn't my brother that done it.
