Eunice Skate Park Petition

There are tons of people that would like to skate but do not have the appropriate place to do so. 

Instead of skating in front of businesses and on property where hazards dwell, we would like have our fun and everyone else that enjoys skating to do so in a designated area away from traffic and buisnesses.
