Doctors Surgeries open 24 hours in Scotland with Ambulance outside of one Surgery in each townSurger

I have been living in Spain over the past thirteen years and im amazed with the great Health Care they give to Patients.(Spanish Health System called(Seguridad Social) have one Surgery open 24 hours in each town for Patients who need seen by a GP outside Surgery hours or when they can,t be seen by their own GP that day can go to a GP in that Surgery to resolve their Health Situation.People should sign the petiton if they want better Health Care for Patients in Scotland.Also the Ambulance that there is outside of the Surgery would be a great bonus for people of the town who needed one and dont need to wait up to an hour for an Ambulance which is disgraceful in my view as in my case had to wait for an hour when My Mum took ill while i was out visiting My Family in Scotland as i described above i live in Seville Spain.
