Removal of Calhoun Co. Judge of Alabama
We the citizens of the United States, having the freedom of speech, do present this petition
for the removal of Judge Bud Turner of Anniston, Alabama from his position in the judicial
system.
Judge Turner has abused his authority in making decisions as to the custody of children
within the Calhoun County jurisdiction. This has had adverse results on the lives of many
people that have been in his courtroom.
1. In one case he let it be known, before the hearing began, that he was a "pro
Father" judge and ask the Mother if she still wanted to continue with the hearing.
2. He is known to have considered one side of a case, even when the evidence lay heavy
in the favor of the other individual involved.
3. When the children are brought into the courtroom, he does not take into account what
the child has to say in regard to the situation.
4. He ignores DHR and medical reports.
5. It appears that he chooses the party who will be the "winner" before all the
evidence is presented and leans heavily on the other party, ignoring evidence against the
"winner".
6. He puts children in harms way by his unethical, unjust actions in the courtroom.
Anyone reviewing his court transcripts will see all of the above, in the cases that have
come before him.
We the people/family members that have been effected emotionally, and financially
sign this petition requesting that action will be taken to put the court system back in the
hands of honest, ethical people that will look at the whole picture in each case, by removing
Judge Turner from the courtroom.
