Manuel Rodriguez Jr. died under the care of the Probate Court/Public Guardian care of neglect. Mildred Rodriguez his sister is now a victim of the Probate Court and Public Guardian she is held against her will she wants to be with family but they will not allow it. They take all the elderly asset and drain it leaving them with nothing. Advocates addressed Alameda County Board of Supervisors about elder abuse perpetrated by the Public Guardian, professional fiduciaries, Probate Court, and predatory attorneys.
Cathy Rodriguez, Laura Holmes, and Venus Gist spoke of loved ones who were victimized, estates that were plundered and the elderly housed in facilities that neglect them and then they die.
