What's more, time and again ISPs have failed to reliably track how much Internet consumers actually use!

Open Internet advocates already achieved a huge victory after the Canadian Radio-Television and Telecommunications Commission ruled that giant ISPs can't force smaller wholesalers to use the same outrageous pricing scheme. High-profile politicians from both sides of the political spectrum have also rallied behind keeping Internet access at a fair price.
