stop the high cost of water bills to those county resindents that are being takin for every month ma

there are many here like me that have water bills that just do not add up we need to do some thing about it and get the town to average our bills out just like our neighbors if you have a bill or your bills have been  what you feel are beyond what they should be step up and confront this guy out there at the water company
