OpenAI offers powerful AI technologies, such as ChatGPT and Dalle-2, which are accessible to the general public worldwide. These cutting-edge technologies represent a significant advancement in the field of artificial intelligence and provide users with a range of innovative features and capabilities.

These AI technologies offered by OpenAI are not available to Zimbabwe whose citizens are already economically disadvantaged. Lack of access to AI technologies can result in a widening innovation gap. This can contribute to a growing economic disparity and exacerbate existing social and economic inequalities.

We urge OpenAI to promote innovative equality by providing access to AI technologies to Zimbabweans for an inclusive society.
